Terms of Service, Refill & Refund Policy

General Rules

• By placing a new order or creating an account, you automatically accept these Terms & Conditions.
• Your account must be Public (not Private) before you order, and your Followers, Subscribers, Likes, Comments and View counters must not be hidden.
• If your account, post or reel is made Private/Hidden, or the post is deleted, the order is marked Completed and no refund is given.
• Do not change your account from Public to Private after placing an order. Such orders are marked completed with no refund or cancellation.
• Do not place more than one order on the same link at the same time. Wait until the first order is completed.
• Do not order for pornography, politics, extremism or any content meant to stir public opinion.
• Payment issue? Don’t worry — message us on Telegram. Your money is 100% safe with us.
• Added funds cannot be refunded to your bank. They stay in your TopSMM.in wallet and can be used for any service.
• Using our Paytm or payment details to collect payments on your own website is strictly prohibited.
• We cannot deduct your funds without an order. Balance is only used for services, and you can check every transaction on the Payments page.
• Fraud, fund manipulation, abuse or threats towards our support team will lead to account suspension.

Refill Policy

• Refill applies to the Order ID, not to the link. If your link stops working, a refill is not possible.
• No refill if you change your profile username or make the account private.
• To request a refill, send your Order ID to us on Telegram — refills are not handled through tickets, and the Refill button may not work for every service. Do not place a new order on the same link until the refill is completed or the order is marked partial — a new order resets the start count.
• Refills are usually processed within 24–72 hours. During Instagram updates they can take longer, so please be patient.
• Requests may be rejected if the drop is less than 10%, because our system only counts drops above 10%.
• Always order from the same provider. Splitting one profile across multiple panels or providers affects refill eligibility.
• No refill for profiles that are Flagged for Review or have no posts.
• If you buy a No Refill service, no refill is given in any case — drop or incomplete delivery.

Refund Policy

• Wrong or non-working links are cancelled automatically and refunded to your wallet balance.
• No refund if you order the same link on TopSMM.in and another panel at the same time.
• Cancelling a running order is possible for some services, but not for fast-working services.
• If an order shows Completed, report any issue within 24 hours so we can help.
• No Refill services get no refund or refill — whether delivered, partially delivered or completed.
• During Instagram updates, only partial refunds may be possible and refills can be delayed.
• Username-switching tricks to claim refills do not work, and such accounts are banned immediately.

Important Notes

• Do not tap Instagram notifications asking you to remove spam/fake followers. If you do and followers drop, it is not our responsibility and no refill is given. Please inform your clients too.
• A 100% drop is not possible with our old-account services.
• Keep all order IDs for the same account ready when requesting a refill to avoid delays.
• For Live Views, take screenshots showing the time, username and count. Fake proof leads to immediate suspension.

Behavior Policy

• Abuse, threats or misbehaviour with our support team results in permanent account suspension.

About Our Platform

• TopSMM.in is a multi-vendor reseller platform that delivers services from different providers.
• We work as a mediator and resell services with a small margin.
• We are not responsible for social media account creation or platform content policies.
• Provider details are never shared, for security reasons.

Privacy Policy

• We never ask for your social media password. We only need the public link or username of the profile or post.
• We only use your account details (username, email and order history) to run your account, process orders and provide support.
• We do not sell or share your personal details with anyone.
• Payments are handled by the payment method you choose; we do not store your card or bank details.
